
Coconut Stick Insect
This species of Stick Insect, Phasmid is called Coconut Stick Insect because they feeds on coconut leafs and are considered a pest in Fiji. They can be variable in colours either brown or green. They have small false wings which they flared up, showing its pink colour, as a defence posture. They are also able to 'spray' some foul liquid from glands behind its head.

Graeffea crouanii, the Coconut Stick Insect, is a species of Phamid/Stick Insect from the family of Phasmatidae.
