Allied cowries-Ovulidae. Snail&acute;s shell to 4 cm (1 1/2 in.). Mantle rose to red or orange with short white, occasionally yellow papillae of varying lengths. Inflated center, slightly upturned ends. Most common spindle type cowrie.<br />
