
Common Wood Sorrel
Meerdaalwoed, Oud Heverlee, Belgium (March, 2014).
With delicate treefoil-like leaves. Corolla with five petals, veined with purple. It contains oxalic acid. It has been used as medicinal plant.
Habitat: Moist woods, moorland and on shady rocks.

''Oxalis acetosella'' is a rhizomatous plant from the genus ''Oxalis'', common in most of Europe and parts of Asia.
