Greylag Goose
Giethoorn, Holland (2013).
In Holland you can often see wild flocks of geese that may be a mix of domesticated geese with the greylag goose. In this flock I observed different variations in eye color. Some were white and others more grey. Some of them showed white feathers behind the bill. The flocks come and go at will.
Habitat: This flock stopped for the evening in the water canals marshes next to our hotel. The next day they were gone. Giethoorn, Holland
