Scarce Cooper Butterfly University campus Kortowo-Olsztyn, Poland (July, 2011).   <br />
Metalic orange wings. Wingspan around 30mm. Male butterflies are colored bright gold-red on the upper side of wing, while the females have broader orange wings with a dark design.<br />
It is very common in this area of Poland. You can see it near forests. Flower-rich, dry and damp medows.<br />
