Queen of Spain fritillary July, 2014. This butterfly is also very common at this time of the year in the nature reserve of Plombi&egrave;res. It may have to do with preferring the flora that grows in this area, which in turn is adapted to a zinc and other minerals-enriched soil.    <br />
