Half and Half In the Northern parts of Saskatchewan you find the most beautiful nature. Last month, I was on a boat when I noticed a rainstorm rolling in. It hadn't quite reached the whole sky yet, so it lead to one of the most incredible views. 1. Welcome on board, beautiful first photo! Posted 6 years ago
    1. Thank you very much! I'm trying to add it to a contest and I seem to be having difficulty understanding. I've commented on the forum, and I've also added all the tags and description. Do you mind giving me a rundown? What is the next step I have to do? Posted 6 years ago
      1. To save Ferdy's fingers - I'm pretty sure you've met all the criteria :)

        Lovely picture by the way.

      2. There is no next step. You confirmed to participate in the forum, any photo you upload within the contest period automatically competes, it's that easy :) Posted 6 years ago

          1. Glad to help, also thanks to Stuart. Given the topic of your photo, I'd like to point out a well-hidden but powerful feature: daylight planning:

            https://www.jungledragon.com/daylight

Now you can plan ahead that beautiful sunset, anytime in the future, any place on earth. Or plan for the stars, if that's your thing. Enjoy.

            1. Ferdy - that is pure awesome! Must have missed that feature. I'll definitely be taking a proper look at that especially when I do some more astrophotography. I wonder if I can get some macro shots of space bugs??? Posted 6 years ago
              1. Heh, I don't know what a space bug is, but by all means try :)
Note that the daylight planner even used to have a light pollution map, but Google killed that.
