Apes go nuts! Ok, ok, this is to be categorized as &#039;humorous wildlife&#039;, for all the apes, monkeys and lemurs I grant a life of many many peanuts, and for the hyena&#039;s the leftovers, as they possibly eat anything. <br />

  1. Dedicate it to the rhinos, Ludo - we need to reach the 4000-pics-milestone! ;-) Posted 13 years ago
    1. I wonder if they like peanuts, but hey, I grant them biodegradable sacks and sacks of peanuts and lack of poachers too! Cme on guys and girls, 4000, that's only a 100 and some pictures left! Minus one for this jewel;) Posted 13 years ago
  2. The photo is perfectly on topic and valuable, peanuts are wildlife, and this means another specie introduction. And I can of course only encourage a sharing rush to 4,000! Posted 13 years ago

The peanut, or groundnut, is a species in the legume or "bean" family. The peanut was probably first cultivated in the valleys of Peru. It is an annual herbaceous plant growing 30 to 50 cm tall. The leaves are opposite, pinnate with four leaflets, each leaflet 1 to 7 cm long and 1 to 3 cm broad.
