''Platanus'' × ''acerifolia'', London plane, London planetree, or hybrid plane, is a tree in the genus ''Platanus''. It is usually thought to be a hybrid of ''Platanus orientalis'' and ''Platanus occidentalis'' . Some authorities think that it may be a cultivar of ''P. orientalis''.
