Common kestrel female - Falco tinnunculus Quite surprised to see this beauty on the roof of the neighbor building. I first spotted her one morning while taking my coffee on the balcony. Since then every couple of days I see her either at sunrise or late at twilight. It seems to have a nest in our 20-storey building.
