  1. great comp and lighting on this one morpheme! I am back in the dry desert of Arizona. the monsoons will begin soon and I hope to capture some colorado bull frogs when they come out during the rainy season. I am surprised you get this dof at f1.0 50mm. how far away from the sensor was he? Posted 9 years ago
    1. lol - the EXIF isn't accurate. That was probably f16 or 22. I'm using an old manual focus nikon macro lens on an adapter so there's no data transmitted. It's not even a 50mm - it's a 55. I think I could correct it all in Bridge if I wasn't so lazy :p. I think the working distance is about 6 inches or so (from the front of the lens that is) at that magnification. All the way back to the sensor probably gets you to somewhere around 10 or 12. Posted 9 years ago
