Thirsty Sat down after a long bike ride by the side of a farmers field, had an energy gel sachet which dripped onto the floor. I was joined rather quickly by this little delight. Spent about 15 minutes watching it wander around enjoying it's drink and crawling on my hand too. Love bees :) Bombus lucorum,Geotagged,Spring,United Kingdom,White-tailed bumblebee Click/tap to enlarge

The white-tailed bumblebee is a species of bumblebee, widespread and common throughout Europe. This name has been widely used for a range of nearly identical-looking or cryptic species of bumblebees.
