      Right now it's pretty nice - the temperature probably didn't get above the mid 60's (F that is.. that's 18 for most of the rest of the world) all day, which is relatively comfortable for hiking in the mountains. In a month or so it will usually be up in the mid 80's and while that isn't crazy hot, there's few trees and almost no rain, so it will be unrelentingly sunny, which makes it feel even hotter. By then I'll be up in the alpine meadows :) Posted 9 years ago
