    1. You are right! I believe it was a new born because it was quite easy to follow, although their wings never really stop moving! I did some shots after when it landed on a tree and it lead me to a macro-approach wings closed. It was perfect*

The Old World Swallowtail is a butterfly of the family Papilionidae. The butterfly is also known as the common yellow swallowtail or simply the swallowtail . It is the type species of the genus ''Papilio'' and occurs throughout the Palearctic region in Europe and Asia; it also occurs across North America, and thus, is not restricted to the Old World, despite the common name.
