Having said that, They are still amazing and I love watching them do the leap of faith when I get too close.<br /> <br /> This one is different to the normal frogs that I find at the stream, which are all tree frogs with the suckers on their toes. Take a closer look and you will see the difference. The Paddy Field Frog

"Fejervarya limnocharis" is a species of frog found widely distributed in South Asia. It is known under many common names, including Indian cricket frog, Boie's wart frog, rice field frog, and Asian grass frog. Molecular studies of the species complex suggest that there may be multiple species involved.
