He once was a pet, now this Yellow-crowned Amazon has a 2nd life at the Parrot Park Veldhoven in the Netherlands.

  1) Lighten center, placed at the top left
  2) Graduated color filter, emphasis on the top left
  3) Soft focus effect for a mysterious surreal look
  
  The effects are quite heavy in this case, but the original was kind of dull and overexposed. Posted 13 years ago

The yellow-crowned amazon or yellow-crowned parrot is a species of parrot native to tropical South America, Panama and Trinidad and Tobago. The taxonomy is highly complex and the yellow-headed and yellow-naped amazon are sometimes considered subspecies of the yellow-crowned amazon.
