Evonia appendigaster - Ensign Wasp
You usually find this wasp in the house. The first time you see it, the thing looks so evil, you just want to swat it. BUT, once you learn that they destroy roach nests with their egg laying strategy, you wish you had a few more flying around.
It is such a small wasp, that you cannot appreciate its beauty until you have it 100x full size on the big screen.
Location is Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Home.
