      Indeed. We were walking around in a dune area just behind the beach for a while. This particular plant was really abundant there, along with Beachpea and a seaside variety of lupine, but those didn't have blooms yet. Posted 9 years ago

''Claytonia rubra'' is a species of wildflower in the purslane family known by the common name redstem springbeauty. It is native to western North America from southwestern Canada to northwestern Mexico, where it can be found in many types of habitat.
