Native tree slug (Cystopelta purpurea) Shell-less snail or lumpy slug. <br />
Never saw these before but some extraordinary rains produced hundreds in a local leptospermum forest.<br />
They turned out to be of only four native slug species in Victoria, Australia.<br />

Cystopelta purpurea is an herbivorous slug native to south-eastern mainland Australia.
