The Arctic Bluet (Coenagrion johanssoni) is a tiny damselfly which distribution in Europe is northern and northeastern. It occurs from Scandinavia (except Denmark), Baltic countries and Belarus eastwards and is missing from central and southern Europe. The individual in the image is male.
