in evolutionary terms, I just read, is an ancient family of dragonflies, and looking at their physiognomy is very easy to remember the morphology of Gomphidae, Macromiidae, Corduliidae... I've been studying Odonata for the last few years and i'm always seeing new and remarkable families, groups, countless species, and more important the direct habitat of which they depend. And that is quite something if we want to understand the implications of habitat loss, water quality, etc... Well, dragonflies ;) Thank you so much for your time ;) Hope to see a lot more dragonflies of the antipodes! My best, cheers* Posted 9 years ago
