White-dotted brown leafhopper (Rhotidus teleformis)
A comparatively long hopper with a broad rostrum and covered with a pattern of white spots on a reddish brown background. Very alert continually moving to the other side of the stem.
About 15mm long.
Outer urban back yard surrounded by eucalyptus forests.
Found in south eastern parts of Australia including Tasmania.
