Green Tree Frog - Litoria caerulea Alternate Names: White's Treefrog, Common Treefrog, Green Treefrog. The common green treefrog is a large, robust frog with moderately sized legs. Males grow up to 90 mm, and females to 113 mm. It is usually bright green with golden eyes, sometimes with white spots on sides and back. Like all tree frogs, they have large flat discs on fingers and toes to help with climbing. The Australian green tree frog, simply green tree frog in Australia, White's tree frog, or dumpy tree frog, is a species of tree frog native to Australia and New Guinea, with introduced populations in the United States and New Zealand, though the latter is believed to have died out.
