Green grass psednura (Psednura pedestris) A weird flat creature with very sneaky eyes. 35mm long. A seed-mimic pyrgomorph grasshopper mimics brown or green depending on season.  Very alert and wouldn&#039;t allow me to approach closer than a couple of metres. Extremely hard to see in seedy grasses.<br />
Found in long grasses under trees in a local nature reserve. <br />

Psednura pedestris, is a gaudy grasshopper in the Psednura genus.
