    Wonderful shot. I would say this is not a Black-headed Gull though. It is one of every Finnish birder's dream species, Pallas's Gull (Larus ichtyaetus) instead ;-). Posted 9 years ago

The Pallass gull

The Pallas's gull or great black-headed gull is a large gull. As is the case with many gulls, it has traditionally been placed in the genus "Larus".
