Kollegal ground gecko Profile

One of the most beautiful, not so common widely distributed gecko species. It is distributed in India and Srilanka.
It was first described from Kollegal, Mysore district in 1870 by Beddome. It was considered rare and confined to Southern India, until the many reports that came from Central India
extending to Gujarat.
A species that was on my wish list since a long time!!
