  1. Sand and rain together, wow! Hope you haven't been suffering with the drought up there, if so, I am sure this storm was most welcome!
    Great photo!

  2. We have had drought but we still had some water although our one dam was totally dry. This was very welcome - we had 80mm in a week so are very grateful because some people haven't had half that amount Posted 9 years ago
    1. Gosh, sometimes we get that in a day! Lots of tankers and trucks delivering water up north from down on the coast. I never complain about the rain, no water in the tanks means...no water!!! Posted 9 years ago
  3. When we lived in DBN we used to get that too but now it's nowhere near that :) BUT that is why we moved to the desert :) We have a borehole which was isn't a very strong one but at least it kept us in water although we were getting worried because all the animals had to drink from one water hole and the borehole wasn't really keeping up. We were also thinking about going to get river water if push came to shove :( Posted 9 years ago
  4. Great landscape/weather shot, we have very few of those, so this one is much welcome! Posted 9 years ago
