  1. With today being our first true winter day (-10 celcius), I shall celebrate your summer through this image. Posted 9 years ago
    1. -10? I cannot even imagine being that cold. 18 deg and I am wrapped up like a baby!!! Posted 9 years ago
      1. 2015 was the first year in recorded history with no days at all at sub zero in the Netherlands, winter is now taking its revenge :)

I remember being in South Africa during your winter. The staff was packed in winter coats and hats whilst we were wearing shorts and t-shirts. Until we got in a fast moving jeep in the early morning, almost froze to death.

        1. Eeek, that is a cold place you live in.
Yup, I do laugh when I see tourists in their summer clothes and we are all shivering. I think the worst I have known here was 8deg. I was sat in front of a fire with a hot water bottle on my lap muttering to myself 'but this is AFRICA!!!!'

          1. Haha, to be fair, anything below 20 celcius feels cold to most of us as well. Posted 9 years ago
