  1. From the doubled set of dorsolateral ridges and heel spines and very rough ("granular") skin, my best guess would be Mantidactylus (Gephyromantis) asper. Glaw & Vences doesn't record it from the Masoala Peninsula but it's close by, just a little south. Mantdactylus (Gephyromantis) luteus is similar but has smooth skin. Posted 9 years ago
