  1. I believe it is an adult male Tatocnemis malgassicum, Family Megapodagrionidae.

Tatocnemis malgassicum is a damselfy in the Tatocnemis genus. Tatocnemis malgassica has a wide distribution range in the east and southeast of Madagascar.
