In Flight to Steal His Perch These house sparrows were perched alongside the front porch rail of my boyfriend's parent's house after a cold snow had settled in the night before. The male on the post was all puffed up and snuggled in to keep warm until a female sparrow swooped in to take his spot. I found these birds quite comical and fun to photograph!
