Look at the EXIF.. it was pretty dim in the forest and the built in D800 flash does not do a good job with flutterbies.
The recipe is : in DFine use the colour method, click preserve edges and only select the green and black, or whatever colour is problematic, turn the reduction off for white.
I needed a smaller aperture because the flutterbie was at an angle and sometimes you have to creep up to a decent background.
