The Swamp has Eyes
In the middle of summer, bullfrogs can be heard in startling numbers by nearly any body of water whether it be a lake, swamp, or even a small bog tucked away in the woods. Despite their relatively small size, bullfrogs make sure they're heard loud and clear.

The American bullfrog, often simply known as the bullfrog in Canada and the United States, is a large true frog native to eastern North America. It typically inhabits large permanent water bodies such as swamps, ponds, and lakes.
