siskin's flying circus part two here is the sequel of this shot<br />

  2. Hello Annette. Thanks for telling me about this site. Here I am at last :). I was looking at some of your shots here and this one caught my eye. Have you noticed that the male Siskin is arguing here with a European Goldfinch ;-) ? Posted 9 years ago

The Eurasian siskin is a small passerine bird in the finch family Fringillidae. It is very common throughout Europe and Asia. It is found in forested areas, both coniferous and mixed woodland where it feeds on seeds of all kinds, especially of alder and conifers.
