    1. Wildflower, in this photo, the basal line underside of the hind wing, connects directly to the second costal spot, forming a continuous line. do you agree? If so, this one probably should be Urbanus simplicius. I found this paper http://images.peabody.yale.edu/lepsoc/jls/1960s/1965/1965-19(1)53-Tilden.pdf that helps on external/internal gnosis and specific comparison, between U.procne and U.simplicius. The Plain Longtail is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. It is found from Argentina, north through Central America, Mexico, and the West Indies to southern Texas and peninsular Florida.
