
Beautiful Tiger
No, not a large fierce cat, but the larvae of a rather beautiful moth.
I found 5 of these beauties in the garden this morning but by the time I had researched what they were, they had disappeared. How on earth do you lose 5 x 5cm long black and white caterpillars in a sea of green? I shall have to keep a look out for when they emerge in all their glory:-
