  1. Does this place have a name? I guess it is not 8P8A9637. Posted 9 years ago
    1. Hi wildflower

This is horseshoe bend in Page, AZ. It is one of MANY awesome photo ops in this area just south of Utah, including Canyon X, Antelope canyon, the ledges, and so much more. It is not far from Zion, monuments, Escalante, and the list goes on.

In this area alone you could spend a week in photo bliss. After golden hours visit slot canyons. Light pollution is nil so at night practice Astro.

Past several years I have been visiting different parts of the west, and this is a must see.

      1. I think what Wildflower is referring to is that you did not set a title or description. Your photos deserve a good title and description, and more people would find it that way. Just click the "Edit details" button below the photo to set it.

To be clear, nothing wrong with the photo, it is fantastic, but the way it is described can be improved. Let me know if you need any help.

      2. Thanks for the info. As Ferdy says, this a nice description to add to the photo. Posted 9 years ago
  2. Thanks.

I am new to the site and will try to add one.

I did forget one very important pointer. Use at MOST, and 14 mm lens. Shorter ultra wide would be beter.
