The Pointed Line-Blue is a small butterfly which is occasionally common in certain locations within the nature reserves and in some areas near the swampy mangrove outcrops.

Males of the Pointed Line-Blue can often be found settled at moist spots on forest tracks. The butterfly has a fast erratic flight, but when disturbed from its feeding ground, it usually returns to the same spot after a while.
