"Rhyothemis phyllis" is a species of dragonfly of the family Libellulidae, widespread in South-East Asia, including Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Lao Peoples Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Northern Australia.
