  2. I keep thinking these are dragonflies due to your history of posting them, but they are net-winged insects that somewhat look like them. Thank you for sharing, simply gorgeous. Posted 9 years ago
    1. And you are right, Ferdy, in the beginning of the century, dragonflies were classified as Neuroptera Order. The net-wing shapes were a factor to relate them in the same group. But as we know they are quite different from each other, if we think in metamorphosis, neuropterans are Holometabolic with a full/complete metamorphosis and odonata are Hemimetabolic with partial/incomplete metamorphosis.
