    1. Thanks a lot. I kept the spot secret as long as I was in France, told a kind lady about it before we left for Costa Rica. She is as mad about insects as I am and will do her best to keep it intact.
      I have some more pictures, will upload one with open wings.

Beautiful* Here in Portugal we have L.baeticus (with some resemblances with this one), L.ictericus, L.hispanicus and L.longicornis, and i don't know if there is any records for L.cocajus in our territory, due to the proximity with Spain. Great find, they are most beautiful Neuroptera, cheers! Posted 9 years ago
