
Mantidactylus charlotteae, Nosy Mangabe, Madagascar
Update on identification: based on distribution, this is the only likely candidate I can find. This species is known to have blue highlights on parts of its body, yet I found plenty of examples online where this is not the case.

''Mantidactylus charlotteae'' is a species of frog in the family Mantellidae. It is endemic to Madagascar and found in the eastern part of the country in the coastal rainforest belt between Marojejy in the north and possibly as far as Andohahela in the south.
