Hi morpheme, it is a a sub-adult (nymph) female Geomantis larvoides, but adult forms aren't bigger than 2,5cm (3cm tops!) in length! Check this examples: http://www.biodiversidadvirtual.org/insectarium/search.html

Geomantis larvoides is a small flightless species of mantis. It is found in the Mediterranean region of Europe, North Africa, Asia Minor and the Middle East.
