  1. Just for my understanding, how do you distinguish this from other coral-like fungi? Posted 10 years ago
    1. I can't say I'm 100% sure.... but for this particular one the description says it's the brightest of the yellows and mentions wine colored staining, so I thought that it was relatively safe to put a name to it, unlike many of them which seem to have few really distinctive macroscopic features compared to their close lookalikes.
