White-fronted Plover

I could watch these little plovers all day, they are so amusing! Like little fluffy puffballs, they scurry across the sand at amazing speed, a delight to watch.

The White-fronted plover

The white-fronted plover or white-fronted sandplover is a small wader. This plover is resident in much of Africa south of the Sahara on rocky, sandy or muddy coasts and large inland rivers and lakes.
