English Sundew
These are much smaller than I expected - it would be quite easy to walk by without ever seeing them unless you are looking carefully. I came to this area specifically to see if I could find sundews and indeed whole meadow was quite covered, but until I got down on my hands and knees I didn't even notice them.

''Drosera anglica'', commonly known as the English sundew or great sundew, is a carnivorous plant species belonging to the sundew family Droseraceae. It is a temperate species with a generally circumboreal range, although it does occur as far south as Japan, southern Europe, and the island of Kauaʻi in Hawaiʻi, where it grows as a subtropical sundew.
