Pheidole Pallidula with honey I like to treat the ladies every once in a while to some honey - they love it! You can see with this species the difference in size between the workers and the soldiers. This is one of the few ant species that do have a dedicated soldier caste. These ants are around 2-3mm in size, very small indeed!
