  1. Hi Ant, great pic! Just wondered was this around Keg wood that you took this shot? When i zoom in on the map i can see you have taken many around that area, but looks like the placements are not overly accurate...ie some of the duck shots in water are placed on land. Could you let me know if this was taken near to the spot that you placed it under? Posted 10 years ago
    1. Yes it was, I find the geotag map very slow to use so have dropped them in the general area of the park. Posted 10 years ago

The Bohemian Waxwing is a member of the waxwing family of passerines. A sleek bird, 18–21 cm long with a pointed crest, it travels in large, nomadic groups with a strong, direct flight. It breeds in coniferous forests throughout the most northern parts of Europe, Asia and western North America.
