  1. Small tip: see above the "edit details" button to set a title and description. I see you often don't set a title and use the comments section to set a description, but with that edit button you can set them at the correct place. Posted 10 years ago
    1. I'm confused, when I upload the original title is transferred to the title box. When I view my shots the titles are all in the title box? Posted 10 years ago, modified 10 years ago
      1. You do have titles, they are just not very meaningful. Like the above photo "Avocet_MD_16". My suggestion is to change that into something more meaningful and descriptive. In this case, for example "Pied Advocat in water, SouthPort, UK".

Not only will that look better, it will also help people in chosing to open the photo, and it is better for search engines in understanding what is on your photo, since they don't really understand images.

Yes, after uploading JungleDragon will take whatever you named your file. You are then requested to change the title into something more meaningful, which you can do with the orange "Edit details" button above.

The Pied Avocet, "Recurvirostra avosetta," is a large black and white wader in the avocet and stilt family, Recurvirostridae. They breed in temperate Europe and western and Central Asia. It is a migratory species and most winter in Africa or southern Asia. Some remain to winter in the mildest parts of their range, for example in southern Spain and southern England.
