If you identify the wrong species you can delete the species ID - there is a red X icon below the ID to remove it. It is better to find out the scientific name of the species (you can find it in Wikipedia) and use it for identification to avoid the confusion. If there is no page for that species in Wikipedia and the identification fails you can request an ID to be created in JungleDragon from the Advanced options in the identification window. In this case it would help if you provide a reference for it.
